Buying or Selling a Home/Selling a house on an easement

Question
Hi Sue,
I am an agent with a listing on an easement. It is the 3rd among 5 houses on a common driveway. I have gotten tons of response (showing) and almost all of the agents tell me that the house is really clean, well-kept and very spacious. Only if not for the easement. Any tips on getting this thing sold? Thanks.

I would really need to know more about the easement. It always comes down to price. You have to price the property that offsets whatever concerns buyers have. What is it that caused your seller to buy it?
