Buying or Selling a Home/selling a mobile home

Question
Hi, I found a mobile home online and I went and gave the owner $250 to hold it for me. I did not know that I have to be approved by the park owner. Well the owner of the trailor wants the rest of her money today and the park owner told me not to give it to her until me and my family are approved. Come to find out these two women have some bad history. So I think that is why it is so hard for me to be approved. But my question is now that I have the title and trailor paid off can I sell it if I am not approved to move into the mobile home park?

Answer
Hi Jessica....you can sell it, even if you are not approved by the park.  Don't know what state you are in, but there are specific Civil Codes that pertain to park approvals.  They MUST tell you WHY, if they turn you down!
I wouldn't give the rest of the $$ until I was approved....how did you get the title if you haven't paid all the $$??  Good luck  "~ M
