Buying or Selling a Home/Selling our home

Question
I saw an ad on the internet regarding to we buy your home from West coast
mobile homes.  We want to sell our 1999 Silvercrest double wide home . Our
home is in excellent shape and well kept up.  We know that some
homeowners try to sell their home in mobile home park for years.  Some of
them actually walk off their home for good.  The problem is the lot space rent
is high.  I remember our space lot ten years ago was $590 and now $1384.
We have an agent for this.  The selling price is set at $52500.  We want to
start off at $89000, but it not possible because of the high lot space.  I was
going to write a letter to corporate about the lot space rent, but I don't think
I would not make any difference to them.  We are stuck with this.  Question.
Should we like for example west coast mobile home buy our home better or
worse?  Second question.  Should we contact a real estate lawyer on lot space
issue?

Answer
DOUG--

I'm not familiar with West Coast Mobile Homes, don't know enough details on your loan secured by 1999 Silvercrest Double-Wide-IE. Who's the lender, what's your Morgtgage Balance, ared you oin  Default and beiong foreclosed upon. Haven't a clue on Space Rents wherever you are or what similar Manufactired Homes are selling for in you Market.

You need a Licensed Realtor and/or an Attorney in your community to help you with this.

Sorry--and Good Luck
