I am serving the Central and South Florida area, I am working into adding a foreclosure clean up service to my existing business and i have hi a road block, how could i find a list of realtors that have the bank REO under there care.

Hi Robert,

To my knowledge, there is no formal list for what you are asking.  You will have to research this on your own.  

You can start by going to www.google.com or www.yahoo.com and typing in words such as “REO Realtors Florida” or “REO properties Florida” (with the parentheses omitted).

You can then scan through the sites that come up and go from there, eliminating the ones not in your area.  I tried this myself before writing this, and pulled up quite a few sites.

You can also be creative by calling any banks/lenders not on sites you pull up, get their address, and then mail them a letter explaining what you are trying to do.  Just make sure, if you can, that you address your letter to the proper person; otherwise, it may never be seen by the person making the decision.  

Follow up with a phone call (this gets you back in the door with any that do not call you back).  Maybe you can then get a personal appointment to offer your services, and wow them with your personality.
