Buying or Selling a Home/What do I do with a mobile home on my land?

Question
I foreclosed on a home/land, and when I took possession there was a mobilehome in the back installed on an unpermitted foundation.  It is not worth fixing up, getting permitted, etc.  Can I just hire someone to trash it or do I need to go through the HCD bureaucracy?

Answer
Hi Roger...been looking into this issue, but need to know some facts:

What state?
Is the home on a permanent foundation?
Has the home been registered and titled, and do you have same?

Give me these answers, and I will respond shortly......"~ M
