Buying or Selling a Home/problems with selling agent

Question
a few weeks ago we asked a question about having problems with the selling agent not submitting our offer to the bank since it was an REO.well after a few weeks our agent contacted the asset manager at Indy Mac.the manager didnt have our offer or any other offer for that property.the asset manager asked our agent to directly send him the offer.keep in mind the selling agent was ignoring calls and e mails.it also turns out the listing agent on the mls is not the REO agent.well our offer got accepted a few weeks ago but now the agent is not turning on utilities so that we may have the inspection done.the agent is ignoring calls and emails again.escrow is open and has been extended due to this problem.is there any action we can take against this realtor?we still have to ask for some minor repairs and are concerned it will take even longer and miss the deadline for the tax credit this year.is there anything we can do so that things get going?we will have loan approval on monday, so the loan part really isnt an issue.thanks for your help.

LUPE--

Problems with a Real Estate Agent should be taken up with the Agent's Broker and/or Sales Manager,as well as with the local Association of Realtors/Multiple Listing Service.
If they cannot get things taken c are of, contact your State's Department of Licencing/Real Estate Division and register a complaint.
