Buying or Selling a Home/Have you written a book on buying properties at court steps?

Question
I came across your blog in 2004 about buying properties at the court steps and you mentioned that you could write a book on the subject matter.  Have you?  In that same blog, you mentioned that there was a book (no longer in print) however, indicated that you have this book.  May we have the name of the book that is no longer in print?  Is there another reference book that you would endorse which would help Realtors and other investors in buying at the court steps?

Answer
Some of your words seem familiar, however, I have never had a blog, Drew. If you will cut and paste "my words," and send it to me at my email address below, I will know from where you are referring. I have several books that are now out of print, one is very informing, even today. For the past 7 years I have answered questions and solved problems on this site. I wish you well.

With more than 41 years as a real estate broker, I can solve most any problem presented. If I can`t, I do my research. Problems with mortgages, trust deeds, foreclosures, odd ways of conveying titles. Most any good Realtor can answer questions satisfactorily, but I answer questions that most cannot. Also, ask about my hard-copy newsletter, The Landed Gentry. It can also be sent to you via PDF.
