Buying or Selling a Home/Foreclosed mobile home purchase

Question
I need to find a lender. I found my dream house, a mobile home on land. The problem is that it was foreclosed on, and I can't find a lender. I had one, and I told them upfront it was a mobile home, and after all of the paperwork was processed and 2 week into escrow they deny the loan because it is a manufactured home. I have the credit and 20% down, but I have called everyone and can not find a lender who finances foreclosed mobile homes. Who can I contact to get a lender?

Answer
Try this one, Mary: They are in Vancouver, WA. MH Loans. Just go online and contact them. 1-888-809-1145. Simple as all that. Just one thing. Be aware that mobile home loans are higher than regular real estate loans and you may have to qualify at a higher rate. I wish you well.

With more than 41 years as a real estate broker, I can solve most any problem presented. If I can`t, I do my research. Problems with mortgages, trust deeds, foreclosures, odd ways of conveying titles. Most any good Realtor can answer questions satisfactorily, but I answer questions that most cannot.
