hi. my name is Jackie. i want a buy an apartment for the first time and i wanted to be least expensive . what will be better a pre-foreclosure or foreclosure apartment?

It varies from one propety to another, doen't always matter if pre-forelosure or foreclosure.Sometmes one is more costly that the oher!
I strongly suggest that you find a LOCAL Realtor who has the letters "CBA" aftr his/her name (Stands for Certified Buyers Agent and evidences that this agent is a speciaist in repesenting Buyers. He/she will help you find the best quality at the least expensive "price tag!"
