Buying or Selling a Home/House selling get out of contract

Question
Thank you for you time.. I have a house I put on the market and I got a contract to sell my house. The house I am moveing to the lone fell through. I now want to keep my current house. What can the buyer do to me if I do not sell my home?? WEhat are my options?

What the Buyer can do to you for "Breach of Contract", if anything, as well as your options are limited to the Contract between you and the Buyer of your Home!Without reading and an analyzing the Contract I'm "without a clue!"
All I can tell you is to see a local State-Licensed Realtor and/or an Attorney who specializes in Real Estate issues and follow their guidance! If you had a Lawyer or Realtor write up the Contract between you & the Buyer, go to them for help--if not check local Legal Assistance for Pro Bono (Free) Attorney assistance!
