re a timeshare transfer
Dear Connie
I have been told by my timeshare company that I should procure a quick clean (I think she said) deed to transfer the ownership of my unit in Vacation Village, Florida to a member of the family of the same surname.  where do I get such a deed and can it be downloaded?  I am in the UK.

Hi Margaret,

The paperwork you are looking for is 'Quiet Claim' Deed, it will transfer the title from you to someone else... you are still responsible for the loan if you have on...

I believe in the UK you use Lawyers? they should have access to the proper paperwork... or contact a lawyer in Florida, it should be a simple, straight forward, one fee procedure.... I would think a few hundred to cover his time plus recording fees...
