Buying or Selling a Home/selling a mobile home that I have added on to.

Question
I am wanting to sell my mobile home that I have added on to twice. I have a single roof over all of it, and I have removed the axle and the tongue. I have a room on the front and back, from end to end. It was a two bedroom, but now is a four bedroom, two bathroom with a large master bedroom. I have not been able to get in touch with the gentleman that I purchased it from. I had gotten down sick for about seven years and I still owed about $1,750.00 on it. He told me to wait until I could to finish paying for it. But when I tried to find him, I could not. I can not get any straight answers on how to proceed. Please help!

Answer
I am not sure if you are selling the mobile only or land and mobile.
If you don't have a lien on the property, just sell it. You can contact a Title company and they can run a Title check for you. Or got to the court house and do it yourself. I hope that answered your question. If not let me know.
