Buying or Selling a Home/selling a mobile home that I have added on to.

QuestionI am wanting to sell my mobile home that I have added on to twice. I have a single roof over all of it, and I have removed the axle and the tongue. I have a room on the front and back, from end to end. It was a two bedroom, but now is a four bedroom, two bathroom with a large master bedroom. I have not been able to get in touch with the gentleman that I purchased it from. I had gotten down sick for about seven years and I still owed about $1,750.00 on it. He told me to wait until I could to finish paying for it. But when I tried to find him, I could not. I can not get any straight answers on how to proceed. Please help!
AnswerI am not sure if you are selling the mobile only or land and mobile.
If you don't have a lien on the property, just sell it. You can contact a Title company and they can run a Title check for you. Or got to the court house and do it yourself. I hope that answered your question. If not let me know.
