I am buying a foreclosure and everything that could go wrong has. But now it is worse. We are set to close next Friday, but today my wife noticed that the same house that we have an executed contract,Earnest Money, and loan in underwriting on is being listed by another agent.. Can they do this??????

Ahhhhhh the joys of dealing with foreclosures. Do you wonder now why the mortgage companies were in trouble and losing money? nah.
Who has the house listed now?
Did you ask the agent what was going on?
Did you ask the person who signed your contract what is going on?
Talk to the Title company that is closing it for yiu also.
Make sure the seller, you, the title company and the mortgage company are all on the same page. sometimes that takes days and I mean all day on the phone.
