Question
hi Mr Dennis,I am having big problems with my realtor, he had me sign a counter offer and then turned it against me i told him i was nor could not pay buyers closing or give buyer possesion at closing. he never gave me any contingenices for this .so i canceled closing .he didnt tell the buyer about any of my intent now im being sued.theres a lil more to story but that the jist of it. thanx 4 your time

Answer
I am sorry, Kathleen, but it doesn't seem I've been given the whole story. Therefore, I cannot give you an intelligent answer. For example, is there another agent in the picture? How was it possible for him to get you to sign if you objected to at least a couple of points? If you are heading for court, I recommend you hire a REAL ESTATE attorney and have that person go after the Realtor for not representing your interests adequately. If it turns out right for you, your fees will be paid by the Realtor. I do wish you well.

Expertise

With more than 41 years as a real estate broker, I can solve most any problem presented. If I can`t, I do my research. Problems with mortgages, trust deeds, foreclosures, odd ways of conveying titles. Most any good Realtor can answer questions satisfactorily, but I answer questions that most cannot. Also, ask about my hard-copy newsletter, The Landed Gentry. It can also be sent to you via PDF.
