Buying or Selling a Home/Sellers disclosure

Question
We bought a home in December, the sellers disclosure had 5 ceiling fans listed on it.  The homeowner had removed the ceiling fans from the home before we bought it.  Could we sue her for the money it will cost to replace the 5 ceiling fans?

Answer
Hi Michelle....that's why it's signed by both parties....just make sure they have signed it properly and the dealer has signed it.  You might want to discuss settlement with the sales agency first.
But you should have no problem in front of a judge, if it gets to that point!

Good luck...."~ Mike
