I am in a tough financial bind right now and i am considering bankruptcy as my alternative to take care of all my debt. I am just concerned with what will happen to my credit after I file. What happens to credit score after bankruptcy?

Answer
Sorry to hear of your sisuation, I can only hope things get better. I would reccomend you consult with a local bankruptcy Attorney, prior to filing. As for how it will affect you, it will be on your record for some time.As for your credit score, look at it now and then after. There is no way to estimate how it will change, but remember things will get better.

Good luck and try to keep moving forward, an Attorney who specializes in this would be  your best move. Good luck.
