Get preapproved for a home loan
Save up the down payment required by your home loan company
Hire a Realtor
Search for homes
Put in an offer and a 3% deposit
Escrow is hired
Perform inspections on the home
Secure your loan
Escrow is funded
The title is recorded at the county clerk's office
You move in.
