Buying or Selling a Home/sewer system

Question
Most houses I see on MLS listing have sewer-public system, while few others have sewer-storm system. Could you please explain the differences between these two?  Is it problematic to buy a house with sewer-storm system?

Thanks!

Answer
I'm surprised you didn't get the answer from your real estate agent, hyhl. In my part of the world they are just about the same, except that a sewer storm system has a larger capacity. In your part of the world, your county, your city they may have more or less stringent health department requirements. I recommend you ask your local health department what is the difference. I do wish ou well.
