Buying or Selling a Home/Can a CDPE help me as a Buyer?

Question
Hello....I am an eventual perspective homebuyer in the Tampa, FL area.  I have just today learned about the concept of what a CDPE does and that they normally help a seller through the process of a short sale.  My question is would a realtor who is a CDPE help me as a Buyer through the process of buying a short sale also?  As I am sure you are aware, the Greater Tampa area is bulging at the seams with short sales and I have read that you must have an experienced Realtor who is comfortable with the process if you are considering an attempt at purchasing a short sale.

Answer
To help you in this matter, John, I have contacted a CDPE Realtor in the southern greater Tampa/St.Petersburg area. His name is Mark Castagna. Phone number 727-409-3277. It's very important that you have a very knowledgeable Realtor helping you with short sales, John. Mark is in your area . . . I hope, since your area is quite expansive. Let me know if I was successful in helping you. Email me at dixiedee13@aol.com. I do wish you well.

Expertise

With more than 41 years as a real estate broker, I can solve most any problem presented. If I can`t, I do my research. Problems with mortgages, trust deeds, foreclosures, odd ways of conveying titles. Most any good Realtor can answer questions satisfactorily, but I answer questions that most cannot. Also, ask about my hard-copy newsletter, The Landed Gentry. It can also be sent to you via PDF.
