hello there, recently me and my boyfriend purchased a property in Kansas from a group call Empower group real estate they are located in Orem, Utah . They told us that they will help us sell they property within a few months. For some reason i have a gut feeling that they are a scam because they told us the dates that they would charge us for they property every month. The thing is that they never charge on the dates that they say, and just when ever. Do you know if there is any thing i can do that can help me know if they are legit?

I'm confused and need more information.  Please provide more specifics, including why you make your mortgage payments to a real estate company and not a bank, why you would sell a property right after purchasing it, and if you have a contract.
