Question
Hello and how are you. I currently have a 3-unit building in Chicago. And I'm relocating, and I need to get rid of my building ASAP. At this point I don't even care if I take a lost.
What are my options ?

I'm fine . . . and how are you. Robert? I would recommend you find a CCIM Realtor. That is a Realtor who specializes in commercial and income properties. I am sure there are quite a few of those kind of Realtors there in Chicago. These people are professionals and really know their stuff. That is the best I can do for you in light of the fact that I know nothing about the property, it's income, it's location, it's age, it's income competition, the quality of the tenants, the mortgage balance, etc. I think you get the point. I do wish you well, Robert.
