Hello:

I am thinking about selling my 1974 Mobile home (that I purchased in 1998) I understand that it may be very hard to find any financing for a mobile home that age. It is a double wide 24X60, set up in a nice mobile home park.
Would you be able to give me any hints as to where someone can get a loan?
I should also let you know I am from Washington state

Hi Susan....this market has all but dried up!  You can call 21st Mortgage...start there and ask local dealers near you who they use.
You may want to consider carrying the loan yourself...with a good down payment.  You can make some good interest, if you can do it.  I will help if you decide to carry yourself.
