Hi
I'm just wondering how often does a real estate license need to
be renewed?
HI JOHN--Renewal requirements are set by the State issung the Licese. Here in Washington State it's every two years, with a fee and a minimum of 60 clock hourse of Continuing Education(CE) for renewal of the Saleman License.In some states it's 3 years, with 120 hours of CE, so it, you see, varies! Also varies for Brokers & Associate Brokers in each State.
This year, WA is gong to make some major changes in their Real Estate classifications & requirments. Check with the Dept. of Licensing in YOUR state for the
renewal reqirements there.
