Question
bought a mobile home in ct. in May 2010. Had inspection performed, concerns were mold as it had been vacant for 2 years. Also concern re; floors. After we moved in laudry area floor was found to be rotted out, had to replace, we have cleaned and, had vents professionally cleaned, still smells moldy, found out, from neighbor  prev. hot water flooded one of the rooms. Kitchen faucet , water runs out
under mobile, and not to sewer, always wet under mobile, what can we do?We received a good inspection which is why we bought the place.

Answer
A legitimate home inspector is insured against errors such as this, Sandra. First, contact that inspector again and get him to amend his report. That doesn't mean necessarily that he would have to pay for it, but maybe his insurance company might.

You may have to take him to court since you bought that mobile home based on his inadequate inspection. I do wish you well.
