Hello,

I let u know I am deaf and I keep looking for mobile home. I almost give up to look for mobile home. How i can find a mobile home? I live in vista, Ca. Let me know thanks!

Hi Debra,

I don't live anywhere near Vista so I can't help much there, but I can tell you that mobile homes are not real estate, they are personal property.  You won't find them on home websites or listed with a Realtor.  I would try driving around and looking for mobile home parks that might have signs out, or on Craigslist or local advertisements.

Keep in mind that because they are personal property you will have more difficulty getting a loan, and in many cases you must pay cash.
