Question
we have a conditional deeds of sale from the buyer,i pay one hundred thousand annually for 5 years..we decided to deposits the payments to her account,because she already in a province..it is right to make a deal with that?

Since I am not familiar with this kind of contract which is not used in our area I cannot tell you if it is a good agreement. You will need to contact an agent in your area and/or an attorney to look over the agreement. Don't sign a contract until you have had someone review the document to protect your interests. It is probably worth the money to pay an attorney to review it.
