Hello,
I hope this email finds you well.  Do you know of any free websites or pay sites that will allow me to search for residential investment properties in Georgia?  I have had bad experiences with Agents in the past and I need to search for deals on my own.  Thank you for your help.  Also, what qualifications must one have in order to buy a HUD home?

Answer
Good question, but I dont know any websites,most want to sell you something and many are out of date the day it is published or offered. I still suggest you work  with an agent, that specializes in foreclosures and investment properties in your area. If not work the news papers look for foreclosures and deal there. You might also want to visit the clerk of courts office and look for deals there. As for qualifications for hud, go get pre approved with a major lender. get the paperwork in hand. thanks again for your question.
