Question
Hello,

i have people asking me about buying property in US both as an investment and also for living.

Now i dont have how to go forward about it and what are the required procedures for it, so that we dont endup in some kind of a scam here to lose customers money.

if you can please help me.

i have buyers from Afghanistan, UAE, Pakistan.

Are there any Gov restrictions in terms of investment coming from these countries.

How come in your profile it says Afghanistan. are you based in Afghanistan \

thanks in advance

Answer
Hello Mansoor,

Thank you for your questions.

Please excuse the delay.  This was Independence Day weekend and I finally had some time away from the computer!

My profile no longer says Afghanistan, it is changed to United States.

If your buyer clients are qualified financially they may buy property in the United States.  All buyers are required to pass the Anti Terrorist Search prior to closing.

Your buyers are protected as would any other buyer of property.  Your buyers should work with a Realtor at a well know firm such as Coldwell Banker.  This Realtor will work with them as a buyer agent to insure they get the best possible price and terms for the property they are trying to buy.

Once they have settle on a property they should have a lawyer review the purchase contracts and deed and survey and title search to be sure everything is in order with them and the property.

If you clients follow these guidelines they will be safe.

I am available to personally assist you.

Prices are very good for investors now.

There are many questions buyers and sellers have about the process of buying or selling a home that they are afraid to ask or that might seem too simple to ask. For instance: in a house, why do some doors open in and some doors open out?
