Buying or Selling a Home/Real Estate Deals

Question
Hello,
I hope this email finds you well.  Do you know of any free websites or pay sites that will allow me to search for residential investment properties in Georgia?  I have had bad experiences with Agents in the past and I need to search for deals on my own.  Thank you for your help.  Also, what qualifications must one have in order to buy a HUD home?

Answer
First of all, Rashad, you CANNOT buy a HUD home without a licensed real estate broker or agent. Period.

If you have had unsavory experiences in looking for residential investment properties, that means you have NOT had a CCIM working for you. That is a licensed BROKER who has lots more investment schooling AND experience. You would most likely find a CCIM (Certified Commercial & Investment Member) in the yellow pages or (most likely) Google. That person would also be very knowledgeable in what is available for sale in the state of Georgia, most likely in Atlanta. I do wish you well.

Expertise

With more than 41 years as a real estate broker, I can solve most any problem presented. If I can`t, I do my research. Problems with mortgages, trust deeds, foreclosures, odd ways of conveying titles. Most any good Realtor can answer questions satisfactorily, but I answer questions that most cannot. Also, ask about my hard-copy newsletter, The Landed Gentry. It can also be sent to you via PDF.
