Buying or Selling a Home/Real Estate Companies?

Question
Hi. How are you? I have 3 questions for you:

Where would I go to apply for a loan to buy into a Real Estate Firm?

Would you recommend SBA, because I have heard of them, but haven't done much research on them?

What do I type in to find real estate firms that I can actually buy into?

Thank you so much!

Answer
If you want to invest in ANY company, Susan, I would recommend you contact a stock brokerage of your choice. And when you contact them, you can ask them how you can borrow the money to buy an interest in SBA or any company, for that matter. Some stock brokerages will allow you to buy stock in a company with just a little down payment, if you have good credit.

You might pose the very same question on Google and see what you get. I do wish you well.

Expertise

With more than 41 years as a real estate broker, I can solve most any problem presented. If I can`t, I do my research. Problems with mortgages, trust deeds, foreclosures, odd ways of conveying titles. Most any good Realtor can answer questions satisfactorily, but I answer questions that most cannot.
