Buying or Selling a Home/Seller Disclosure

Question
must a seller of a home flooded with raw sewage disclose this to a buyer on a Folsom, Ca disclosure form?

Answer
You bet, Loren. The seller must disclose EVERYTHING the seller knows about the property and the real estate agent must also, as long as it is disclosed to him/her. There is a document that EVERY seller must sign that tells the buyer all that is negative with a property. I do wish you well.

Expertise

With more than 41 years as a real estate broker, I can solve most any problem presented. If I can`t, I do my research. Problems with mortgages, trust deeds, foreclosures, odd ways of conveying titles. Most any good Realtor can answer questions satisfactorily, but I answer questions that most cannot. Also, ask about my hard-copy newsletter, The Landed Gentry. It can also be sent to you via PDF.
