Buying or Selling a Home/Foreclosure property

Question
Mr. Dennis,
I have asked you some questions earlier. Here are two more questions I forgot to ask:
1.Does the law in Florida require the seller, listing agent, seller's agent to supply Seller's Disclosure on “as is” conditions of a foreclosed property to potential buyers?
2.Does the law in Florida require the Seller, Listing agent, Seller's agent to exposure the existence of Permit Violation on a foreclosed property to potential buyers?
Thank you very much!
May

Answer
No, May. It is up to the buyer to COMPLETELY check the property to the buyer's satisfaction BEFORE he provides an offer to purchase. That pretty much goes for virtually all states with property in foreclosure. I wish you well.

Expertise

With more than 41 years as a real estate broker, I can solve most any problem presented. If I can`t, I do my research. Problems with mortgages, trust deeds, foreclosures, odd ways of conveying titles. Most any good Realtor can answer questions satisfactorily, but I answer questions that most cannot. Also, ask about my hard-copy newsletter, The Landed Gentry. It can also be sent to you via PDF.
