Question
How do I fiud out about tax sales (real estate) in any state?
Who do I call or look up on the internet. How do these people buying them do it?

There are services that have lists they sell. You can subscribe to these services or spend a great deal of time digging for the information. The sales are government or bank sales and so you can start there by calling the banks or the tax offices.
I have never done much in the way of searches for these websites but any sales are on the courthouse steps and therefore you can call the county court to ask about tax sales coming up.
