Hi Michael,
I frequent Plaza Del Rey alot as i have friends that reside there. I want to purchase a mobile home there, but i've never purchased anything before. How do i go about starting my search?
How much money down do i need? Or do they only take the full amount.? Obviously i need alot of help firstly understanding how it all works.
I appreciate any help you can give me.
