Question
I want to sell my home and do not have an agent. I have a particular home in mind I would like to buy. Would it be beneficial or detrimental to try to obtain the same agent selling that home to represent mine?
Hi Joe,
It doesn't really matter but if there is an agent that you find and you like them, then it might be easier to use the same agent. Also, since there would be 2 commissions involved, you might be able to get a little break on your selling commission. Never hurts to ask!
