Buying or Selling a Home/Buying Home from relocation Company

Question
We are in the process of buying a home in PA and found out while in the midst of making our offer that there is a relocation company involved.  The standard PA real estate contract is very fair to both buyers and sellers, but the contract the relocation company wants us to sign leaves us open to tremendous risk.  They are not willing to negotiate.  Is this SOP?  Should we walk away?

Answer
Sorry, Anne, I have no way of knowing what you are talking about. What terms? What risks? What are they asking for? What are you asking for?, etc.

Of course, nothing stops you from making your offer on a standard real estate contract, especially if you are not represented by a real estate agent. That would be your first bit of negotiation.

I wish you well.
