Hello, I am interested in buying land in Texas. What are some things people often overlook when buying large portions of land, as this is a new experience. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you.
That is a question as big as Texas! Where are you located? Where in Texas do you want to buy? Each section would have its own set of things to be aware of. Are you living in Texas now? Are you a US citizen? What do you want to do with this land? I would need to know a lot of things to be able to answer your question more specifically. My husband is a land specialist.
