I appreciate your time and replying to my question. I expected an answer interms of Numbers (construction costs), and pros and cons for both options

I am sorry, Sunny, that I cannot provide you with numbers in this case because I am not familiar with fees (and there are a bunch of them in each separate parts of this country) and building costs in YOUR area. For example, costs in my area here in California is probably the largest in the U.S.

I would suggest you type in, "construction costs" into your url bar and see where it leads you.
