Question
Im thinking about looking into buying a house.. 1st time buyer.. and do not know where to begin.. or even if i can... my credit is not so great ...few collections.. nothing major....old cable bill ect.. no repos or evictions.. Where do i begin..banks mortgage co?   where what when how?

Answer
You first find yourself a mortgage representative who will help you qualify for a house of your choice. You may have to interview a few to find the right one.

Then you go answer ads because you will now be qualified to buy a certain priced house. That will help you find a house comparatively fast. A good Realtor should be able to help you, too.

I do wish you well.

Expertise

With more than 41 years as a real estate broker, I can solve most any problem presented. If I can`t, I do my research. Problems with mortgages, trust deeds, foreclosures, odd ways of conveying titles. Most any good Realtor can answer questions satisfactorily, but I answer questions that most cannot. Also, ask about my hard-copy newsletter, The Landed Gentry. It can also be sent to you via PDF.
