How many days does a buyer or seller have to cancel a contract after it has been signed

Hello H,

Thank you for your question.

After attorney review and the contract is signed it cannot be cancelled without  agreement of all parties.  There are usually terms and contingencies in the contract that need to be met in order for the contract to remain in force.
