Curb appeal is just that, how well does your home look to a buyer. Like window dressing, is it appealing and look well taken care of? Is there any obvious repairs? Is the yard well cared for? Fresh paint? Windows clean? Most people want to buy something that is fresh and new looking. go online and compare your home to other homes in the same area and price range. Does yours look as good in the photos?
