Buying or Selling a Home/Foreclosure

Question
I am going through a divorce.  I am not living in the home.  My wife is and did
not pay the mortgage with the money I was ordered to give her for the
mortgage.  House into forclosure and the court is setting a sale date soon.
Once that is set and a price is set can I repurchase the property after the
divorce or have someone else purchase it for me.

Answer
Very simply, Glenn, yes. I don't know where you're located, but you should have a pretty good choice for lots of houses that have been or are in foreclosure. Look around. Investigate. You may find a better deal for your money. I do wish you well.

Expertise

With more than 41 years as a real estate broker, I can solve most any problem presented. If I can`t, I do my research. Problems with mortgages, trust deeds, foreclosures, odd ways of conveying titles. Most any good Realtor can answer questions satisfactorily, but I answer questions that most cannot. Also, ask about my hard-copy newsletter, The Landed Gentry. It can also be sent to you via PDF.
