There are no first time buyer's programs for manufactured homes.

I sell new homes as well as resales...depending on what you want, I could help...problem with trying to finance a home that is not onsite...we can talk.

I can arrange financing for self employed people (done many)
just need proof of ample income, usually tax returns will do.

If your credit is good, we would have no problem.  I have many floor plans, and you can have a home delivered for well under $200,000...I'm referring to a "TOP QUALITY" Skyline Home...you can select from many levels of accessories, but the price I gave you is with most everything anyone could want!
