Buying or Selling a Home/Listing Agreement Canceling

Question
I signed a 6 mo listing agreement with my agent.  Unlike most posts, I think my agent has done a reasonable job, but my house has remained on the market for almost 6-mo.  My listing agreement expires in 20 days.  My agent has offered to re-list my property, but wants another listing agreement.  He has told me that I will be able to cancel at anytime.  In my original contract, I do not see a clear provision for canceling the agreement past the first 5-days.  My question, is if it is possible to cancel an agreement this easily?

Answer
Anywhere on the listing agreement have the agent write, "This listing may be cancelled UNCONDITIONALLY, without any prior notice, at any time by either party, by giving a WRITTEN notice of cancellation."

A little verbose, but it does the trick, Jason.

I do wish you well.
