Question
Hi we just bought a mobile home and escrow is going through and so is park approval as we could not wait because I am pregnant and almost due and this home was purchased for me and my fiancee and our baby. The woman there is something though and we are worried as she says the only way I can be there is if my uncle is there everynight wich he won't and this is all because of the park rent wich is not much and that I am not working so I am the co applicant and she does not know of my fiancee at all because he is not legal. What are our rights when we are there and she sees my uncle is not there at night and my fiancee is there and there is not much to know as he is not legal.

Answer
Sorry, I don't think I can be of much help with this question.  You must comply with the rules.  I cannot advise you of ways to get around the system. The park wants to make sure they are approving a qualified tenant so they are not out of line expecting your uncle to be there as I am guessing they want only owners living there who can pay the rent.
