Buying or Selling a Home/Patio Door covering

Question
Hi Emily!  We just bought our first house and it's a small house with a very open feeling to it.  Our dining room is basically the centre piece of the entire house and one wall holds the patio doors - traditional sliding ones.  I am at a loss as to how to cover it...I'm not at all a fan of the usual vertical blinds and am looking for something unique but practical.  The main qualities I am looking for is privacy but keeping it bright in the house...  any suggestions?

Answer
Hi Denise-
You have a few options here. One is having a traditional draping. There are so many sizes and fabric styles to choose from which will help to incorporate your exsisting decor. If you're not big on curtains, you might want to consider having professional tinting done. This will ensure privacy and at the same time keep the area open and bright. It will be a bit pricier than drapes, but is worth every penny. I hope this helps!
