Would you know where I can get floor plans for a new home that I want to build in Houston?  I live in Houston and I am looking to build a 2 story, brick, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 or 3-car garage, minimum 2500 S.F.

There are many places you can purchase plans. Go to a book store and you can get magazines with lots of designs. Go to an architect and look at his, Southern Living magazine has a lot of them, search online. When you find the type you want you can have someone draw up the exact house and put everything just as you want it.
