Hi Ron,
We are thinking about doing a rent to own with someone that wants to buy our house in Colorado, but they can not purchase it outright right now, due to them just buying property up the street and they are using it as rental property.  Their financing person will not loan them the money to buy our house until they can show rental income on the other property.  They have been asking about doing a rent to own with us.  We are not sure how this works.  Could you help us???
