( no Titla ) That titlas go obsoleete after put on land ... How do i fix this and is it legal for them to sell me a home with No Title & can i resale it ? If the people back out on this deal ?

Answer
Hi Stacy,
I found your question in the question pool.

This question is a little hard to answer.  It also all depends on where you live.

For the most part, a mobile home will need a title.  However, in some cases (like a tax sale), there is no title.

It is best for you to talk to a title company and/or real estate attorney.

As for can they back out, all depends on how the contract is worded.

Good luck,
John
