Buying or Selling a Home/I have a buyer now what?

Question
I have a buyer for my home and I am going to sell it by owner.  He is already approved for a mortgage I just need to do the paperwork, what steps should I follow to complete the process?

Answer
I would need to know in what state the property is located. You can also go to a title company or escrow company and ask them what paperwork you need to sell the property by yourself. You might be well advised to offer to pay a Realtor for his/her services of putting the transaction together for, say, $1,000, or whatever you can negotiate.
